Nike Launches Its First Plus Size Range For Strong Bold Women

Let’s face it – working out sucks. Especially if you’re self- conscious about your weight and the way you look.

I seem to have an endless supply of oversized T- shirts and leggings. Affordable, stylish gym wear seems to be mostly advertised towards people who already have the perfect body.

So it’s fantastic to see global sports giant Nike, finally release a line of plus-sized clothing.

And not just your standard boring XXL t-shirts or extra-baggy sweatpants, but a fabulous range of comfortable, flattering active wear.

In a statement Nike said: “Nike recognizes that women are stronger, bolder, and more outspoken than ever.”

“In today’s world, sport is no longer something that she does, it’s who she is.”

It is so important to celebrate diversity and promote body positivity. Everyone can benefit from working out – not just to lose weight but to feel good too.

And yes, let’s do it whilst looking fierce!

Nike has come up with a range that has over 40 different colours and styles of clothing.

A welcome addition are sports bras that are often difficult for plus-sized women to find. Nike has created a range that now runs up to 3X.
