George’s body was transported by the fire department and pronounced dead later at a local hospital.
Foul play is not suspected, but coroners are currently investigating.
The Game – who is a Los Angeles native – had an on-off relationship with his father.
The ‘How We Do’ artist often referenced his relationship with his father in his songs.
Game mentioned his dad in the 2014 song Bloody Moon.
The song lyrics state: ‘My father left me when I was 7, at a home / Left me but took his chrome, I looked up and blood was gone / Man, f**k it, guess in the world I’m all alone/ My mother was too naive so when he left she followed along’
Thankfully, Game and his father were in a much better place in the last few years.
Recently, the Grammy-nominated star posted a throwback photo of his dad alongside the caption:
‘#FlashbackFriday me & Compton OG aka my pops in New York when I was working on #DoctorsAdvocate’
The rapper continued: ‘we been through too much, good & bad for me not to love em #ThisWhereThisBigA**NoseComeFrom’
