It’s happiness unending for composer Lin-Manuel Miranda and his wife Vanessa Nadal.
The couple welcomed their second child together in the early hours of Friday.
A success in his professional career, Lin-Manual has a Pulitzer Prize, three Grammy Awards, an Emmy Award, a MacArthur Fellowship, and three Tony Awards to his name.
And now a second child has been added to his name.
The couple’s second child is also a boy and will be named Francisco Miranda according to a Twitter post by the composer.
Miranda married Vanessa Adriana Nadal, whom he has known since high school, in 2010.

Their first child, a boy named Sebastian was born in 2014 and is now three years old.

The Broadway composer posted an adorable, touching black and white picture of Nadal cradling her newborn son in his arms.
Opting to take the creative path, Miranda wrote,
‘Int. Hospital Room. Night.
[The screams reach a delirious crescendo. FRANCISCO MIRANDA enters. He is 7 pounds and 13 ounces.]

Miranda had earlier confirmed that his wife was indeed pregnant with their second child back in December 2017.
The couple were in attendance at the 2017 London Evening Standard Theatre Awards with Nadal who is a lawyer donning a floral frock and appeared to be pregnant.
A user on Twitter flat out asked Miranda if his wife had a bun in the oven to which he replied:
‘Oh hell yeah’.
Miranda is certainly a doting husband and he has proved it plenty of times in the past.

One unforgettable moment was his acceptance speech at the 2016 Tonys.
That particular moving declaration of love read,

And you can be sure that the music composer’s love for his wife will only increase with the birth of child number 2.
Miranda has also previously revealed that he wasn’t the only one excited for the birth of his second child.
His first born, Sebastian also couldn’t wait to meet his younger brother.
Miranda told a fan that Sebastian was ‘so impatient’ to become a big brother, adding,
‘Once, mid-tantrum, he cried, ‘When is Mommy gonna HAAAATCH’…’
