They said they were “lovingly taking this time apart” when they announced their separation in August.
But now Miley Cyrus has taken a shady swipe at her estranged husband Liam Hemsworth during an Instagram livestream on Sunday evening.
The 26-year-old singer told her 100 million followers that she thought she had to be gay because she thought “all guys were evil.”
“There are good people out there that just happen to have d**ks,” Cyrus said referring to her new beau Cody Simpson.
“I’ve only ever met one, and he’s on this live,” she said of 22-year-old Simpson
Miley was broadcasting a video conversation with Cody who had just landed in Sydney.
“There are good men out there, guys, don’t give up,” said the Grammy nominated singer.
“You don’t have to be gay, there are good people with d**ks out there, you’ve just got to find them. You’ve got to find a d**k that’s not a d**k, you know.”
“I always thought I had to be gay, because I thought all guys were evil, but it’s not true. There are good people out there that just happen to have d**ks. I’ve only ever met one, and he’s on this live.”
The Wrecking Ball artist revealed her romance with Cody on October 4. It comes just two months after announcing her separation from Liam Hemsworth.
The new couple appeared to also confirm rumors they are now living together.
Cody declared: “We got matching Teslas! Mine’s dirty, hers is clean.”
Miley recently hinted that Cody was moving into her Los Angeles home earlier this month.
She shared a snap of her Australian beau alongside the caption: “Move in day.”
Miley, who has dated both men and women in the past, enjoyed a brief romance with Brody Jenner’s ex, Kaitlynn Carter, 31, after splitting with Liam.
The day Miley and Liam’s separation was announced, photos were released of the two women cuddling and kissing aboard a boat in Italy.
Hemsworth and Cyrus started dating off and on in 2009 after meeting on the set of The Last Song.
They were engaged once from May 2012 to September 2013, and then from October 2016 until they were married in December 2018.
