Cardi B has previously identified herself as a member of the Bloods.

Bloods proudly sport the red color while rival gang Crips wear blue.

The Grammy-nominated artist recently posted a pic of herself wearing a fur blue coat.

‘I hate wearing Flue but this coat was too poppin,’ she captioned it.

The phrase subsequently offended members of the Crips who threatened her via social media.

The phrase ‘flue’ is a insulting way to phrase blue while not acknowledging the Crips, who identify themselves with the color.

After the backlash, Cardi B decided to remove the caption and the ability to comment on the post.
