2021 Fatal Car Crash
Ruggs rear-ended another automobile at high speed in Spring Valley, Nevada, on November 2, 2021. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and county prosecutors, Tina Tintor, 23, and her dog, Max, were killed in the deadly crash. Ruggs was charged with causing death by driving under the influence and careless driving.
Ruggs and his girlfriend, Kiara Kilgo-Washington, were photographed drinking at a Topgolf establishment on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise just hours before the incident.
