2019 will always be a year to remember for singer/model Cassie.
The ‘Me & U’ artist revealed back in June she was expecting her first child.
Now Cassie is engaged to personal trainer Alex Fine after he got down on one knee during a Western themed proposal.
“My favorite day ever! #MrsFine 8.24,” the 33-year-old captioned the sweet video.
In the video, Alex was seen getting things set up at a stable with the help of the Compton Cowboys.
A pregnant Cassie was escorted to the venue where a ‘C’ and ‘A’ was hanging in flowers.
There Alex, 26, got down on one knee during dusk.
The health and fitness guru also shared stills and videos on his Instagram page.
“This moment will always be so special to me. I get to marry my best friend in the whole world. How am I so lucky? #mrsfine,” he wrote.
Soon all Cassie’s A-list friends filled her comment section with their congratulations.
‘CONGRATULATIONS. So happy for you! You deserve all the happiness life has to offer!’ wrote The Real presenter Adrienne Bailon.
Actress Keke Palmer also wrote, “I’m really so happy I could cry Cassie!!!!!”
While supermodel Naomi Campbell simply commented with a slew of heart emojis.
Cassie’s ex of 11-years, Diddy, is yet to comment about the news. The pair broke up in October last year. But he recently congratulated his former flame and Fine on their pregnancy announcement.
Cassie’s engagement comes as she shared the first photos of her baby bump on Monday.
In honor of her 33rd birthday, she stripped down to her birthday suit as she showcased her bump in an ocean-side shoot.
Cassie announced she was pregnant with a little girl on June 11, writing: “Can’t wait to meet our baby girl Love You Always & Forever.”
First time dad Alex also proved he was just as excited. He shared with his followers a beautiful letter written to his unborn daughter.
“I will be the first man in your life and will show you the greatest love and affection now and forever.”
“I never thought my heart could grow bigger after meeting your mother… then I found out we were having you and I instantly felt a love that is so indescribable.”
