Cardi B Turns the Tables on Those Offset Cheating Allegations: “People Don’t Know What I Did”

Even if you don’t like Cardi B’s music – you’ve got to admit she’s hot right now.

But the star has opened up about her less than smooth love life.

The Bodak Yellow rapper dazzles on the latest cover of Cosmopolitan US.

The 25-year-old spoke out about why she decided to stick with her man, rapper Offset, after it was revealed he’d been unfaithful.

Cardi told the publication she ‘could have any man’ and didn’t take Offset – who’s part of trio Migos – back ‘because she had low self-esteem’.

Quite the opposite.

‘It’s like everybody is coming down my neck like, “Why are you not leaving him? You have low self-esteem.”

“I don’t have low self-esteem … I know I look good. I know I’m rich, I know I’m talented. I know I could get any man I want – any basketball player, football player,’ she said.

The former Love & Hip Hop star added: “But I want to work out my s**t with my man, and I don’t got to explain why. I’m not your property.”

But it’s what Cardi said next is what really had people talking.

‘This is my life … I’m going to take my time, and I’m going to decide on my decision … It’s not right, what he f***ing did, but people don’t know what I did, ’cause I ain’t no angel.’

Last year it was reported Offset cheated on Cardi after his iCloud was hacked and footage was leaked of him with another girl.

Since breaking into the music industry last year, Cardi has been unashamed about her past as a stripper.

She is known for her honest and refreshing Instagram videos on her life as a struggling stripper and now a Grammy-nominated artist.

Cardi said: ‘People say, “Why do you always got to say that you used to be a stripper? We get it.”

‘Because y’all don’t respect me because of it, and y’all going to respect these strippers from now on … Just because somebody was a stripper don’t mean they don’t have no brain.’
