Married couple Jazzy and Keenan are completely in love.
The pair have known each other since they were teenagers and have two children – MaKaylah (3) and Keenen Jr (5)
While Keenan loves the gym and has a body that both men and woman would drool over – Jazzy is more curvier.
Whilst celebrating their love, Jasmine ‘Jazzy’ Owens shared a stunning beachside photo of the duo on Instagram.
She penned a powerful message describing how she used to question how her husband Keenen could appreciate her curves when he was ‘born fit’.
‘Over the years this man has loved every curve, every roll, and every stretch mark on my body. I never understood why!’ Jazzy wrote alongside the image.
The picture sees Jazzy and Keenen smiling and holding hands while posed in front of the ocean.
The pretty mom is seen wearing a floral bikini that shows off her curves, while her husband looks lean in a pair of trunks that show off his ripped six-pack.
‘How could he love something that isn’t “perfect”?’ she said of her body. ‘How could a man who was “born fit” love someone like me!’
‘I don’t have a flat stomach, I jiggle when I walk, hell if I run up the stairs to fast my body claps (lmao)!!’ she joked. ‘But now I see I do have the “perfect” body!’
‘Every roll, every curve and every stretch mark is put on me just perfect to make both of us happy. I love my body and I finally see why he does too!’
The post has gone viral since it was posted last Thursday, with more than 80,000 people liking the image and Jazzy’s powerful message she wrote in the caption.
‘You are beautiful! I can totally relate to you!’ Wendy Mellencamp wrote in the comments section.
‘My husband farms and burns off every morsel that enters his body by the work he does, me not so much! After having three kids it’s been hard but he loves me anyway! So thankful!’
Another woman named Tara agreed, writing: ‘I just saw this on Facebook and was exactly what I needed to see today.’
‘Just come back from a class surrounded by “perfect bodies”. You are beautiful. I need to understand that about myself as well.’
Although droves of people praised Jazzy and welcomed her wise words, trolls soon started to write mean comments. She has revealed that she gotten her fair share of negative responses to her photo as well.
Just one day after her post went viral, Jazzy shared an image of one particularly cruel comment she received from someone who accused her of ‘setting the worst example for young women’ by promoting being ‘physically unfit’.
Jazzy, who started her a_body_positive_jazzy Instagram page in May as a way to learn to love her body, says she was prepared for the backlash her photos would have. But this particular comment cut her deep.
‘This person does not know me. They don’t know that I am VERY healthy and WILL live for my kids!’ Jazzy responded.
‘They don’t know that I eat healthy, hike, go to the gym all the time and can most likely out lift them any day.’
‘Just because I’m a big girl doesn’t mean I’m unhealthy and promoting being unhealthy! I’m simply promoting loving yourself the way you are,’Jazzy wrote defiantly.
Jazzy has shared photos of everything from her working out hard to her stomach rolls on her Instagram page as a way to advocate for body positivity and encourage everyone to love their bodies.
‘Hating my body has made so many more issues for me then I had ever thought, from depression to anxiety to marriage problems,’ Jazzy explained in a post last month.
‘Loving myself is not only something I want to do for myself, but it is something I want to do for my family, for my daughter to be able to look up to me and know that it is OK to love herself no matter what body type she has.’
‘Loving myself the way I am can change my future and the future of my family.’
