Hardly any open-world sandbox offers as much freedom as Minecraft. We can break blocks in it, build houses, fight zombies and other monsters, and always go through new adventures. But that is not all. Mods skip Minecraft’s photorealistic graphics (as crazy as it sounds with block optics), turn it into a Jurassic Park full of dinosaurs, or improve features like the minimap. We will tell you how you can install modifications and why they are so remarkable.
1. The best and most curious Minecraft mods in 2021
From HD texture mods to JurassiCraft with blocky dinosaurs: Minecraft offers the craziest, funniest and most rewarding mods ever. Mods naturally play a big role in a creative game like Minecraft. Over the years, not only have new mods been reworked, but the installation process has also advanced significantly. Currently, installing mods on your computer is not a big problem. It is best to do this in one of two ways: by yourself through the installer or by downloading the mod through the Steam system.
2. Mods for Minecraft with Forge
If you launch Minecraft Java Edition through the Minecraft launcher and above all want to install individual mods in a controlled manner, you should install Forge ahead of time. This is a very important tool that you can use to keep track of your mods, make installation easier, and prevent unexpected conflicts between mods. This is not all that Minecraft developers offer. You can study how the changes in the logo style took place. Not that the design has undergone major changes, but the developers are constantly working in this direction.
3. What about Tik-Tok?
TikTok is the story of two apps. Most of TikTok’s western audience was originally owned by Musical.ly. However, its eastern audience knew the original app better, and TikTok still uses a separate version of the app called Douyin in China. The difference in their logos can be seen in a visual example.
Despite its immense popularity in the US, Musical.ly was founded in Shanghai, China by longtime friends Alex Zhu and Luyu Yang. They released the app in August 2014. Although the platform has changed, most of the previous articles about this platform are still relevant. Former Musical.ly influencers are now taking the lead on TikTok. But a lot has changed since then and Lauren Gray is now at the top of TikTok.
The original version of TikTok is newer than Musical.ly. Bytedance launched it as Douyin in China in September 2016 and a year later under the TikTok brand in the overseas market. Soon, Bytedance decided to expand its range. They bought Musical.ly on November 9, 2017 and merged the two platforms internationally on August 2, 2018. The developer still offers Douyin in China as a standalone app on their website.
Neither TikTok nor its predecessor Musical.ly publishes a lot of statistics. Finding subscriber lists is much more difficult than, for example, most other social networks. But even with such a convoluted history, it isn’t that hard to reveal the plethora of TikTok statistics.
While both Facebook and Snap offer tools that allow developers to create augmented reality (AR) experiences and features for their own family of apps, TikTok wants to do the same. The company recently launched a new set of creative tools called TikTok Effect Studio, which is currently in private beta testing, which will allow its own developer community to create AR effects for a short video of the TikTok app.
