Authorities in North Carolina are desperately trying to locate the whereabouts of three-year-old girl Ahlora Ashanti Sample Lindiment.
The toddler was abducted from a playground on Wednesday night.
Greensboro Police Department say Ahlora was reported missing after being taken from a playground at 2411 Phillips Avenue at approximately 6.30pm.
An Amber Alert states that the little girl was was taken by a woman described as being in her 20’s.
The woman is described as black, around 5’6′, 135lbs and has a short ponytail.
According to detectives, the suspect was last seen wearing a black crop top with black pants that had tiger print faces on them. The woman also reportedly wore dark flip flops and a gold chain.
In an interview with ABC 11, Ahlora’s devastated mother implored the public to come forward with information about her daughter’s disappearance.
“Please help,” Erica Lindiment said. “I mean even if you don’t want to be known, or you don’t want to have your name or anything to do with it, you can always leave an anonymous tip to help us out, to help us find her and make sure she gets home safe.”
But on Facebook, Lindiment expressed her disappointment in the Greensboro Police Department.
Erica Lindiment suggested that police were treating her like a suspect.
“I feel like time is been wasted in treating me like I did it. I really feel like they just wanted to stop me from looking myself. But no this Uma find who ever did this. And the rest will be history. Bring back why u still got a chance. On God.”
