Simone Biles Confirms Romance With Fellow Gymnast Stacey Ervin On Instagram

Olympic gymnast Simon Biles has confirmed her romance with fellow gymnast Stacey Ervin.

The 20-year-old made it Instagram official with a post of her new boyfriend on Monday.

‘Always smiling with you,’ the Olympian captioned a photo of the cute couple staring at each other on a balcony.

 

Stacey had already let the cat out of the bag on his own account the day before. He accompanied his lady love to her induction into the Gymnastics Hall Of Fame.

‘Words cannot express how incredibly proud I am of you, all you’ve accomplished & how well you carry yourself,’ he wrote in a picture of them smiling with their arms around each other.

‘You make me feel like I am the luckiest man alive. Congratulation on your induction to the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame!’

He added: ‘I can’t wait to see what the future has in store.’

Meanwhile the five-time Olympic medalist opened up about her love life in an interview with ET earlier this year, admitting she had ‘never had a boyfriend in [her] life’.

‘At 20 years old I feel like you should have gone through those things and gone on dates,’ she said. ‘I have been on like, maybe one proper date.’ 

Simone earned four gold medals and one bronze at the Rio Olympics last summer. She admitted due to her rigorous training schedule, which kept her busy six days a week, she found it difficult to date.
