When you are looking for a branding agency, you want to select one that has experience. Branding is a difficult thing to get right. Agencies that are tough to contact will never bode well for a quality branding campaign. This is because you will not be able to quickly react to any changes in the market. Quite often, many of these companies that are tough to reach are difficult to contact because they are overloaded with clients. This means that you cannot trust them to give your business the attention that it deserves.
